Feature Drop: What’s New in the EPC App?

We’ve been busy behind the scenes at EPC, and we’re excited to share the latest updates now live (or coming soon!) in the EPC App. These features are built to make life easier for parents, players, and organisers alike.

Let’s take a look at what’s new:

👨‍👩‍👧 Bulk Player Registration

No more registering one child at a time!
Parents can now add multiple children to their account in one go — quicker, easier, and far less repetitive.

🎾 Doubles Partner Check

Running a doubles event?
Players will now be asked if they already have a partner. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations, especially if the event is rescheduled due to weather.

🧑‍💼 Clearer User Roles

We’ve simplified the roles inside the EPC system.
Now it’s much easier to see who’s a Scorekeeper, Event Manager, or Admin — with clear permissions for each.

📧 Better Confirmation Emails

Event confirmation emails now include division start times and a reminder to arrive 15 minutes early.
No more confusion on the day!

🔕 Unsubscribe Option

Players and parents can now unsubscribe from non-essential emails.
More control, less inbox clutter.

📍 Location Sorting (In Progress)

Soon, players will be sortable by postcode, making it easier for organisers to plan local matches and leaderboards.
