1. Introduction
EPC Sports is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and secure environment for all children and young people participating in our programs and using our platform. We uphold our responsibility to protect the welfare of every child and meet our obligations under applicable child protection laws.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all EPC Sports staff, contractors, volunteers, and partners who interact with children in any capacity, both online and offline.
3. Commitment to Child Safety
We promote the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children at all times.

We do not tolerate any form of child abuse or exploitation.

We empower children and encourage their participation in decisions that affect them.

4. Code of Conduct
All team members must:
Treat all children with respect and dignity

Maintain appropriate boundaries

Never engage in any behavior that could be harmful or exploitative

Report any concerns or incidents immediately

5. Online Security Measures
Personal information of children is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel

The EPC platform includes restricted user access and privacy settings tailored for schools and centres

Communication with children through the app is monitored and conducted through official channels only

6. Reporting & Response
If any person suspects a child is at risk of harm, they must:
Immediately report the concern to the EPC Child Safety Officer at [insert contact details]

EPC will respond to all concerns seriously and in accordance with child protection law

Reports may be escalated to the appropriate authority if required

7. Training & Awareness
All staff and contractors receive training on child protection and online safety practices

This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary
